Cosmetic Solutions for Stretch Marks

Many are worried about these marks on their skins and want to take up the world of intervention and invasive medical procedures or cosmetic solutions to ‘permanently’ deal with removing their stretch marks or at the very least make them invisible to the naked eye, so no-one, including THEMSELVES will have to look at or face the reality of their existence!
Here are THREE ways of and for treating (medically or cosmetically at
least, speaking)
(i) Chemical peels
(ii) Pulse dye laser therapy.
(iii) Topical retinoid therapy

Laser surgery
Costly and not without risk, these laser-type treatments and/or surgery offers and claims that you can get rid of SM for good, significantly reducing their visibility and distractive character, outer appearance, coloration and more.
Repeated treatments of up to five - six sessions are required for optimal results. It takes a lot of effort, time and patience to get it done.
Even after the laser treatment, some candidates and individuals still enjoy improvement, but sometimes it does not last, there are sideeffects, discoloration, scars etc. to consider. Not everyone will have
the same results with it either. It has no guarantees and you sign
waivers PRIOR to treatment – ever wonder why?

Narrow beams of light penetrates and stimulates new cell-growth  invasive and forced processes are used to ‘encourage’ new skin growth.
It is not optimizing the natural processes of your body in a positive way, it is forcing nature’s hand a bit to manipulate cells, membranes and elements like collagen and elastin to provide a better “outer’ layer or image to the world. Cosmetic, yet some claim painless.

No mature or silver-grey stretch marks will be picked up by the pigmentation ‘sensors’. The procedure works best when SM first appear.
Positive, mixed and uncertain results have all been recorded and for the most part, the jury is still out. Many do opt for the procedure and swear by it.
It has proven excellent in getting rid of scars or mounds on the outer
skin.

Chemical peels

Anywhere where you can find or imagine SM , this therapy can be
effectively used. (face, abdomen, legs and thighs, even hands).
The effectiveness of chemical peels have been proven over and over
for a variety of conditions, including:
. early SM
. fine lines
. Freckles
. Melasma
. Sun exposure or sun-burn
. wrinkles
The procedure, process and protocols actually involve:
. Helping with discoloration and pigmentation
. In addition it stimulates new collagen
. in effect making SM less visible to the naked eye, reducing their visibility.
. It improves skin texture
. reducing dryness.
. Remove thin lesions on the skin surface
. Removing damaged skin-cells
. Skin surfaces and colors can be greatly enhanced, smoothed out and ‘blended’ in, to match surrounding areas,
Some MORE QUICK facts about chemical peels:
. Can also cause scarring and skin-tissue damage
. Repeated treatments every week are required.
. Superficial and deeper peels are available – some medically administered and supervised.
. Pain and varying results keep some from trying the procedure on for size.
. Treatment can lead to swollen, red and crusted treatment areas for weeks.
. Deep or old SM are not so effectively treated despite the invasive, extreme procedure (also costly).
