A while back we saw facial exercises in every magazine. I think one of the reasons we don’t hear much about them anymore is because of their limitations, or should I say our own limitations!
Some people are saying that it is the exercising of the facial muscles, during everyday living that has contributed to the lines showing up in the first place.

I would add that facial exercises DO NOT cause wrinkling, that is absurd!! Plastic surgeons want you to believe that because they are out of a job if people catch on to facial exercises. Infact FACIAL EXERCISES combat the effects of gravity and ageing, think about it, what happens if you take a sagging never before exercised stomach and do situps daily do you get a wrinkled stomach???? I think not!!!.
